Tours and Tickets
As of March 12, 2020, the House Office of the Attending Physician and the House and Senate Sergeant at Arms have suspended tours of the U.S. Capitol.
Similarly, the Supreme Court, Library of Congress, and Bureau of Engraving and Printing have also suspended all tours.
Congressman DeFazio greatly appreciates your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience these closures have caused you and your family. Oregonians travel a great distance to see their nation’s capital. While these disruptions are disappointing, it is because of an abundance of caution for your health.
All tickets are provided to my constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances. For information on sightseeing and attractions, please visit my Washington, DC Tourism Information page.
