Today, Congressman DeFazio released a resource guide to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The guide will help Oregonians identify potential funding opportunities in the $787 billion stimulus packaged that became public law on February 17, 2009. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 contains federal assistance, grants, loans, loan guarantees, and tax benefits.
